Atelye is a multi-tenant business platform. Three arms — a headless content layer, a B2B-first commerce engine, and AI-assisted handling of inbound social messages — share one tenant identity, one database and one set of rules, so a business configures one system instead of integrating three.
Availability
Atelye has no self-serve signup: an account is opened by arrangement with the operator, and configured for the business it serves.

The platform
- Content
- A headless content layer. A business defines its own content types, publishes structured entries against them, and serves the result over an API to a website, an app, or anything else that reads it. Atelye stores what, never how.
- Commerce
- A B2B-first commerce engine: catalogue, orders, payments, invoicing, stock and company accounts. Retail is the same model with the company account left off — a constrained profile, never a second implementation running alongside the first.
- Social messaging
- Inbound conversations from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, handled with AI assistance. Every reply is drafted against the business's own context and reviewed by a person before it is sent. Reactive by design: no cold outreach, no broadcast.
Who it is for
Atelye is built for businesses that sell to other businesses, and it models the hard cases first: company accounts with their own locations and contacts, payments that only partly cover an invoice, stock that moves before the money does.
Retail is supported as a constrained profile of that same model rather than as a separate product, so a business doing both is not running two systems against one catalogue.
It suits an operation that would rather configure one platform than integrate three, and that wants its content, its catalogue and its customer conversations to be able to see each other.
